How to find the difference between two dates
- 1Pick a start date and an end date.
- 2Choose whether the end date itself counts. A same-day range is 0 days, or 1 day when the end is included.
- 3Weekdays skip Saturdays and Sundays. Public holidays are not removed, because they differ by country.
Questions
Does this account for time zones?
Dates are treated as calendar dates in your local time zone, without a time of day. That avoids a one-day shift from UTC midnight.
Are months exact?
The month count is the difference in calendar months, not an average of 30 days. The day count next to it is the exact number of midnights crossed.
