How to generate a colour palette

Questions
Which text colour should I put on a swatch?
Each swatch shows its hex in white or near-black, whichever has the stronger contrast. That is a guide for interface text, not a full accessibility audit.
How are photo colours chosen?
The image is sampled on a small canvas, similar colours are grouped, and the most common groups are averaged. It is a practical palette, not a brand-guideline extraction.
